As a Sales Rep, you will deliver outstanding customer service and achieve customer loyalty by selling wireless phones, services, and accessories in-store and in the community. Qualifications: * No prior experience required. Paid training provided. * Must be Bilingual(Fluent in both Spainish & English) Preferred Skills: * Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient computer skills * High energy and an inviting, positive personality Key Responsibilities: * Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment * Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow the customer base * Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various store locations * Perform daily opening and closing procedures * Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring it aligns with company standards * Update promotional collateral and price cards as needed * Complete training courses by assigned deadlines * Attend meetings and participate in marketing events inside and outside the store * Exhibit a winning attitude and consistently strive to meet monthly sales goals Why Join Us?
