Job Description

Growing Central Arkansas parts distributor is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Counter Salesperson to join our growing team. Our Counter Salesperson position is the ideal position for a knowledgeable an energetic person who has a passion for automotive parts and believes in taking care of the customer and the power of teamwork. As a Counter Sales Person, you will primarily be focused on providing customer service to professional installers. Other responsibilities for position include:

• Bringing customer focus and high energy to our growing business
• Helping other team members when working with customers or finding auto parts
• Navigating computer and paper catalog systems

Qualifications

Our ideal Counter Salesperson will have strong knowledge and experience of all things automotive, and will bring a passion for delivering customer service to the job every day. Other requirements include: o ASE (P2) parts certification, a plus o Previous Automotive/Parts experience is a must o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Motivated to learn o Knowledge of cataloging AND/OR inventory management systems, a plus o Excellent customer service and follow-up skills o Ability to follow directions o Verifiable work history o Minimum 18 years of age o Valid driver license AND/OR reliable transportation o Pre-employment drug screen and background check o Able to lift 50-60 lbs.
