Property Services Group, Inc. is a full service real estate company specializing in property management, facility management, accounting, leasing, and consulting for office buildings, medical buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings, research and technical buildings, apartments, condominium associations and homeowner associations. Our company is seeking a part-time Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator's responsibilities include the following: * Process payables and receivables * Maintain vendor, tenant, and owner files * Analyze account information to ensure accuracy and identify concerns * General clerical duties Candidates must have the following: * Minimum two years of accounting or related experience * Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting * Superior verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel, Outlook and Word * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Exceptional work ethics Preferred candidates will have the following: * Experience with Residential, Commercial, or Industrial Real Estate Accounting * Proficiency with Buildium accounting program Property Services Group, Inc. employee benefits: * Flexibility not found in a standard work environment * Paid vacation and personal time * Knowledgeable and supportive co-workers Hours per week: 20-25 Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-the-job training * Paid time off Shift: * Day shift * Morning shift Work Location: In person
