Inside Sales - Building Materials Basic Function: Responsible for working cooperatively with two to three Outside Sales Representatives, Management, Estimating, Engineering and Credit departments as well the Distribution Center to provide exceptional customer service to our existing customers and help create new customers with the objective of increasing margin, meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas for each assigned Outside Sales Representative, and increasing customer satisfaction. Candidates must have: * Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize * Understanding of supply & demand in the Building Materials industry * Experience with Window manufacturing software helpful (Jeld-Wen, Andersen, Marvin) * Bistrack Point of Sale system experience a plus * Ability to interact positively with co-workers & clientele
