Job Description

: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator & Reservation Agent. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is detail oriented and enjoys both sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

however, not limited to: Full time, on property position with weekends included.

• Sales Coordination:
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including group room blocks, billing, and coordinating sales arrivals.
• Support sales by ensuring booking are correct and reflect what the contract reads.
• Communicate with clients as needed, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Reservation Management:
• Handle reservation inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations and confirmations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

:

• 2yrs+ experience in sales coordination and/or reservations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Opera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive disposition & professional presentation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 per hour
