Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator & Reservation Agent. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is detail oriented and enjoys both sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities however, not limited to: Full time, on property position with weekends included. * Sales Coordination: * Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including group room blocks, billing, and coordinating sales arrivals. * Support sales by ensuring booking are correct and reflect what the contract reads. * Communicate with clients as needed, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Reservation Management: * Handle reservation inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations and confirmations. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications: * 2yrs+ experience in sales coordination and/or reservations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Opera. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Positive disposition & professional presentation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift Experience: * Hotel Sales coordinator: 2 years (Required) * Reservations Supervisor: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * New York, NY 10013 (Required) Work Location: In person
