Full description of the position

We're looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You'll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. If this sounds like a job you'll love, apply now!Compensation: $60,000 potential Base salary + Bonus Responsibilities: * Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads * Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved * Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads * Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers * Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies * Engage with potential clients in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and through virtual consultations to evaluate their legal requirements. * Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure that prospective clients receive expert guidance in the initial phases of their legal journey. * Maintain a proactive stance in handling sales leads, following up on inquiries, and guaranteeing high levels of client contentment. * Conduct meetings with potential clients face-to-face and via phone or virtual platforms throughout weekdays, evenings, and weekends. * Perform follow-up calls with potential clients post-sales meetings to ensure continuity and address any questions. * Document detailed notes accurately in the online system for future reference. * Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies. Qualifications: * Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field * Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car * High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred * Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills * Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process * Spanish fluency is required.
