We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to proposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance during the quoting and proposal process
• Interpret customer needs and translate them into effective system solutions
• Develop CAD layouts and create preliminary bills of materials
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress within CRM tools
• Assist in proposal documentation and system design comparisons
• Offer customer support through occasional site visits and product testing coordination

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a related role
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with ERP/CRM systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
