We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support our sales team by ensuring accurate and efficient data entry for sales and purchase orders. This role involves maintaining order records, processing invoices, and coordinating with logistics and accounting teams to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle high volumes of data with accuracy. Key Responsibilities * Accurately enter, update, and maintain sales and purchase orders in company systems. * Ensure all order details are correctly recorded and verified for accuracy before processing. * Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information for order processing. * Work closely with the accounting team to support timely and accurate invoicing. * Maintain and update shipment records, ensuring data consistency across platforms. * Support terminal staff with order-related documentation and inquiries. * Manage and maintain administrative records for business partners and contracts. * Perform other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications * Strong proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail. * Experience with order processing and administrative tasks is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Navision) is a plus. * Experience in logistics, transportation, or bulk commodities is a plus. * Experience with bulk shipping or logistics preferred.
