Summary What you?ll do As a Utility Sales Associate, you?ll be on the frontlines from sales to service, helping people have fun by riding bikes. You?ll get to build meaningful relationships with riders in your community. The pace is fast, the customers are curious, and having an all-for-one, customer-centric team mentality is essential. We highly value a genuine desire to help people. Here's an improved version. Whether you're already a bike expert or not, we'll provide training. The essential aspect is your ability to treat both customers and teammates with care, understand their needs, and surpass their expectations. Duties Position Responsibilities ? Serve our clients through a deep desire of caring and have a goal of solving their complete problem. ? Assist in maintaining a clean & organized store. ? Become an expert on your Critical Drivers (see Talent Map). ? Consistent delivery on your Strategic Outcomes (see Talent Map). ? Perform all mechanical work to the highest quality. ? Always maintain a properly merchandized & stocked Sales & Service Department.
