Position Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager who thrives on problem-solving, team building, and business development. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who can inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team , all while implementing data-driven sales strategies to drive market expansion. Key Responsibilities * Sales Leadership & Team Development - Set clear goals, foster a high-performance culture, and develop a winning team. * Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Identify challenges, implement solutions, and remove roadblocks to success. * Strategic Growth & Market Expansion - Execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and position the company for long-term success. * Business Development - Proactively identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and expand market share. * Client Relationship Management - Work closely with contractors, designers, and architects to develop strong, lasting partnerships. * Sales Process Optimization - Leverage D365 Sales CRM to track performance, optimize efficiency, and improve forecasting. * Collaboration with Sister Companies - Create synergy and cross-selling opportunities within the organization. * Competitive Intelligence - Stay ahead of industry trends and position StoneHardscapes as a market leader. * Performance Metrics & Accountability - Use data-driven analysis to drive improvement and exceed revenue goals.
