What You 'll Do: * Build and maintain strong industry relationships to drive growth * Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand market share * Represent Standard Restoration at local networking events and industry functions * Manage CRM contacts, email campaigns, and sales tracking activities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities * Occasionally make cold calls and meet with clients face-to-face What You Bring to the Table: * 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (restoration industry experience is a plus!) * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail * A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering top-notch service * Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn new technology and systems * High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic * Must be reliable and have the ability to work independently Ready to Apply?
