Job Description

: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. This dynamic role involves driving sales efforts across a wide range of sectors, including industrial, government, military, and commercial industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and have experience in estimations, client relationship management, proposal preparation, and technical data management.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales Growth: Drive sales across various sectors by collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare detailed and accurate proposals that align with client needs and specifications, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Technical Data Management: Compile, organize, and present technical data in customary formats required by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or major distributors. Ensure all data is current and accurately reflects product specifications and requirements.
• Estimations: Use advanced technical knowledge to estimate project requirements, costs, and timelines, providing precise and reliable estimates to support sales and project planning.

Qualifications

:

• A strong technical background, with relevant experience in the industrial, government, military, or commercial sectors.
• Previous experience as an estimator or in a technical sales role.
• Proficiency in compiling and presenting technical data in formats commonly used by OEMs and distributors.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to both team and individual goals.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
