Pay Range: Commission based position with salary during the training period-average earnings are $40,000-$75,000 with no limit on success. Top performers can earn $100,000 plus. Position Summary: The Designer/Sales Associate will listen to customers' needs, discuss furniture options and layouts, and effectively present design ideas. Key skills include the ability to coordinate styles of furniture, fabrics and wood finishes. We offer a fun, casual working environment in which we take pleasure in helping people fill their furniture needs. Responsibilities and Duties: * Greet and Welcome Customers * Develop and grow knowledge with our ever changing array of products * Leading, guiding and assisting our customers throughout the entire purchase process * Develop and maintain customer relationship during and after initial purchase * Acquire the knowledge and become proficient in the use of our software system, Storis * Weekend shifts are required Experience/Qualifications * Excellent sales and communication skills * Designer education and certificate(s) an advantage, but not required * Basic computer skills such as typing, using email, navigating websites, price lists and learning our software system are required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Lakewood, CO (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Lakewood, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
