Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting candidates for insurance conversions. This role requires a strong desire to succeed, perseverence, and positive attitude. Ideal candidates will understand how to work quickly, utilize a CRM system, and think fast on their feet. Duties * Locate ideal insurance prospects * Contribute to the prosperity of our agency * Utilize software tools to track prospects digital footprint to optimize conversions. Experience * This is an entry-level opportunity. * Those who are successful in this role will be given the opportunity for advancement to become a licensed insurance agent. * Effort, Reliability, Desire, and Telephone attractivity are the only necessary skills.
