We are currently looking for Full Time Barista / Sales Associates. If you love people, coffees, and desserts, this might be a great job for you! Apply online [please apply online] or in person: Hellas Restaurant 785 Dodecanese Blvd Tarpon Springs, FL 34689 What do our Barista / Sales Associates do? * Greet guests in a positive and friendly way. * Take guest orders. * Process orders through a POS. * Box up orders for guests. * Prepare beverages (coffees, milkshakes, soda, etc) * Plate desserts. * Keep the bakery clean and sparkling! To be successful in this position, you will need to: * Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Know basic math to properly handle cash. * Learn the products including how to do plating and make a variety of coffees and other beverages. * Good communication skills both verbal and written. * Previous experience in a retail position is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates! * Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
