EXTERIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES - HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL

Job Summary

Are you an experienced sales pro or someone with a background in exterior insurance claims? Are you a licensed insurance adjuster looking for a new direction? Northern Star Solutions , a growing Wisconsin-based roofing, siding, and gutter company, is actively hiring Exterior Sales Representatives for both retail and insurance work. This is a field sales position -- not an office job -- with massive earning potential. This is an independent 1099 contractor role that offers a flexible schedule and uncapped earning potential. We 're Looking For:

• Experienced exterior sales professionals (retail and/or storm restoration)
• People familiar with insurance claims and home exteriors
• Licensed insurance adjusters interested in a high-earning sales role

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners needing roof, siding, or gutter work
• Sell both retail projects and insurance-approved restoration jobs
• Educate customers on materials, benefits, and insurance processes
• Conduct exterior inspections and create estimates
• Close both company-provided and self-generated leads
• Represent Northern Star Solutions with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Prior experience in roofing, siding, storm restoration , or exterior sales preferred
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes is a plus
• Licensed insurance adjusters encouraged to apply
• Must be driven, coachable, and confident with in-person sales
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Availability for evenings and weekends

Compensation

• Estimated annual income: $65,000 - $200,000+
