OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dependable and professional Showing Agent to assist with property showings for our rental homes in Cleveland. This flexible, commission-based role is ideal for someone looking to earn extra income without the added responsibilities of tenant communication, screening, or paperwork. Location: Cleveland, Ohio Responsibilities: * Conduct scheduled property showings for prospective tenants. * Arrive on time, unlock the property, and provide brief details about the home. * Secure the property after each showing. What We Handle: * Tenant communication and inquiries * Scheduling all showings * Application processing and tenant screening * Lease agreements and documentation Requirements: * Strong communication and reliable * Time management skills * Reliable transportation to travel between properties. * Professionalism during showings Compensation: Commission-Based per Successful Tenant Placement For each successful tenant placement, you'd earn a commission of one-third of a month's rent.
