Entry Level Sales Assistant Responsibilities: * Deliver personalized sales solutions and assist with purchasing decisions based on situations and needs the customer is expressing * Interact with customers to discuss with them wireless and internet products and services that may be of interest * Utilize consultative sales techniques to build customer relationships and potential customer referrals * Drive sales metrics & improve the overall customer experience by working with other team members and leading consultants and representatives within the industry * Track and analyze sales metrics to exceed personal and professional expectations * Stay up to date on our clients service trends to maintain an edge over competitors Entry Level Sales Assistant Qualifications and Skills: * Ability to assist customers in any given situation with a professional approach * Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and meet their needs * A desire to grow within the company and take on more responsibility * Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and be solution focused when needed * Time management to handle multiple tasks when working with customers and needing answers from tech support * Comfortable working directly with customers * Hands on experience prior in a customer service, sales, hospitality industry or other related fields * Assist with necessary compliance checks when needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,100.00 - $5,300.00 per month Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
