Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for chocolates and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide detailed information about our products, including ingredients and flavors. * Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately. * Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously. * Promote and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Qualifications: * Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Passion for chocolates and a willingness to learn about our products. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. * Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
