Job Summary

: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for chocolates and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about our products, including ingredients and flavors.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Promote and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
