This year, Pinnacle earned the title of "Employers of Distinction" for achieving the Best Places to Work Award for the last three consecutive years. * ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:* Supervisor * Support and Ingrain Company Core Values, Core Focus, and Three Uniques * Hire, Train, Coach, and Guide After Sales Team * Conduct Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews * Manage Staffing Schedules * Work with After Sales and Outside Sales Team to Investigate and Resolve Escalated Issues * Create and Maintain Departmental Processes and SOPs * Oversee Quality Control * Reporting * Special Project as Needed Technical Support * Provide Appliance Technical Support for Homeowners, Dealers, Service Providers, Customer Service and Outside Sales * Parts Support * Dispatch and Follow Up on Service Authorizations * Manage Service Logs * Create, Distribute, and Assign Service Request Forms * Locate New Service Providers as Needed * Maintain and add Servicer Account Information Backup Support * After Sales Team * Customer Experience Manager EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a Supervisor role, preferably with Appliance Warranty Support. Refrigeration knowledge is a plus. * An Associate Degree is preferred but not required. * Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of incoming calls. * Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized fashion. * Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable. * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. * Ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a professional manner. * Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
