Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products stored in a warehouse, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Identify potential customers and generate leads. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, wholesalers, and retailers. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. * Process sales orders and ensure accurate invoicing. * Monitor stock levels and collaborate with inventory teams. * Work with shipping and logistics teams to arrange deliveries. * Track shipments and update customers on order status. * Handle returns, and complaints, and resolve issues promptly. * Maintain records of sales, orders, and customer interactions. * Analyze sales trends and report performance metrics. * Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales, direct sales, or B2B environments is preferred. * Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies effectively. * Experience in territory sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset for teamwork. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous but not mandatory. * A self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail is essential.
