Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products stored in a warehouse, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with inventory teams.
• Work with shipping and logistics teams to arrange deliveries.
• Track shipments and update customers on order status.
• Handle returns, and complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
• Analyze sales trends and report performance metrics.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, direct sales, or B2B environments is preferred.
• Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies effectively.
• Experience in territory sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset for teamwork.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
