We are a leading wholesaler of industrial parts, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. No prior sales experience is required--just a passion for industrial applications and a willingness to learn! Required Certification: AWS Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS) This role is ideal for candidates with technical knowledge of welding who want to transition into a sales position. Candidates must hold the AWS Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS) certification , issued by the American Welding Society (AWS). What This Certification Demonstrates:

• Expertise in welding processes, quality control, and industry standards
• Ability to advise customers on welding efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance
• Leadership skills in manufacturing and industrial settings Who We 're Looking For
• AWS Certified Welding Supervisor (Required)
• Passion for sales and industrial applications (no prior sales experience needed!)
• Strong understanding of welding processes, quality control, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn sales techniques
• Self-motivated and eager to develop a career in technical sales
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
