Sales & Data Support Associate Location: Natick, MA Hybrid: Monday-Thursday Office, Friday WFH Reports to: CEO Join Our Team at ThinkLite Air! The Sales & Data Support Associate is an entry-level position designed to develop future Indoor Air Quality Engineers and Sales Support Administrators at ThinkLite Air. Over a 6-12 month period, you will receive hands-on training in both functions, gaining experience in data analytics, customer engagement, sales operations, and technical support. After successfully completing this training period, you will have the opportunity to be promoted into one of these specialized roles based on your strengths and interests. Responsibilities: Junior Indoor Air Quality Engineer Responsibilities: * Assist in data analytics, including pivot tables, Excel modeling, and quantitative analysis. * Support in translating IAQ data into actionable insights for customers. * Help manage customer relationships through ongoing engagement and communication. * Assist in generating IAQ reports for customers and addressing inquiries. * Report customer technical issues to the IT team for resolution. Junior Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities: * Support in creating quotes and processing customer data efficiently. * Assist in tracking and managing next steps for customer interactions. * Help coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Join customer calls to explain ThinkLite Air's value proposition. * Provide onboarding and training for customers on our IAQ dashboard. * Work with marketing to analyze customer cases and share insights for actionable strategies. * Report customer technical issues to the IT team. Career Growth & Promotion Path This role is designed as a development pathway for a long-term career at ThinkLite Air. Over a 6-12 month training period , you will work closely with both our Indoor Air Quality Engineering and Sales Support teams. Upon completion of this period, you will have the opportunity to choose between two career tracks: * Indoor Air Quality Engineer - Focus on data analytics, technical problem-solving, and customer engagement from a technical standpoint. * Sales Support Administrator - Specialize in customer relationship management, sales operations, and business development support. Once promoted into either role, employees will receive increased responsibilities, compensation adjustments, and performance-based bonuses. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. * 2+ years of CRM experience. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data modeling), Power BI, Tableau, etc. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, etc., a plus. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proven ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Excellent attention to detail and a self-starter. * High energy, a positive attitude, with the ability to handle and overcome difficult and challenging situations. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams. * Interest in both data-driven insights and sales operations. * Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven company. Determined by related and relevant experience.
