Compensation Structure * Commission-only -- no salary cap, earn based on your results * Top agents earn between $250,000 to over $1,000,000 annually * Junior agents typically earn between $60,000 to $80,000 per year * Uncapped commissions mean you control your paycheck * Full training and daily coaching provided to help you succeed Who We're Looking For We're hiring individuals who: * Are self-driven , competitive, and coachable * Have a great attitude and strong work ethic * Can communicate clearly and confidently on the phone * Are excited about high commission opportunities Sales or finance experience is a plus , but no experience is necessary -- we will train the right people.
