Compensation

Structure

• Commission-only -- no salary cap, earn based on your results
• Top agents earn between $250,000 to over $1,000,000 annually
• Junior agents typically earn between $60,000 to $80,000 per year
• Uncapped commissions mean you control your paycheck

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to business owners in need of working capital
• Qualifying prospects and explaining funding options
• Following up and closing deals over the phone
• Managing a sales pipeline and hitting performance targets

Requirements

• Clear, professional English (Spanish is a plus)
• Basic computer skills
• Must be a strong listener and communicator
• Must be motivated , coachable , and goal-oriented Office-Based Role
• 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday
