Summary/Objectives The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for working directly with customers and prospects to answer inbound calls, web leads, emails and live chats. They will also perform outbound calls and emails to potential customers to qualify them as sales leads for our offerings. Essential Functions * Answer phones and digital leads * Enter data into CRM and follow up with sales * Research leads to provide thorough data to sales * Cold call potential and current customers to help set appointments for Account Executives * Confidence working in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Competencies * Oral communication - Shaping and expressing ideas and information in an effective manner. * Written communication - Expressing ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well-organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents; utilizing language and terminology that is understandable for the reader. * Customer focus - Knowing the (internal and external) customer business needs and acting accordingly; anticipating customer needs, and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service. * Negotiating - Exploring alternatives by means of persuasion to reach favorable outcomes in situations where decisions involve other parties. * Sociability and networking - Socializing effortlessly with** other people; at ease when approaching others in social settings and professional relationships. * Stress tolerance - Performing well when faced with pressure due to time frame, workload, adversity, disappointment, or opposition. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
