Full description of the position

As a Sales Development Representative, you will reach out to inbound leads, trial users, past customers, and target accounts, and help them accomplish their goals. Our SDRs will work hand in hand with Account Executives to generate leads and build customer pipelines. We are looking for self-starters with a passion for technology and people. Requirements: * 6+ months of experience as a Sales Development Rep in SaaS selling to small and mid-size B2B companies (not Enterprise) using a free trial model. * Ability to become an expert in the product quickly. * Track record of high achievement in current and previous roles. * Experience with product-led growth strategies and self-serve software products. * Strong and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills. * Work remotely in US. What You'll Do: * Generate meetings through proactive Outbound prospecting and Inbound lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers. * Write personalized and engaging messages focused on providing value and assistance (not automated). * Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities from leads, and set appointments from those leads. * Understand Insycle enough to provide high level introduction. * Leverage taught sales techniques to maximize customer interactions. * Log, track, and maintain outbound activity. * Work closely with Account Executives and attend customer meetings as required. * Attend sales meetings, vendor training, and local trade shows to keep current with technology. Compensation & Benefits: * $50K - $55K Base, $75K-$80K OTE * 0.05% - 0.1% Equity * Medical, dental, and vision insurance. * 401K with a 4% company contribution. * PTO, sick and unplanned time off, holidays. * Full-time, salaried position located remote in the United States.
