Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized sales area, including inventory management and product displays.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Experience
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
