Join our fast-growing outside B2B sales team as we embrace technology and 21st-century tools to compete against industry giants in the commercial propane market that are stuck in the 90s! This is a role for the true "hunter" sales person. Founded over 10 years ago by two Florida State University graduates out of a pick-up truck, Propane Ninja is aggressively expanding market share in Central Florida. This is a recession proof role, that offers a base salary along with lucrative commission and bonus opportunities. We are currently searching for a talented and driven Bilingual Account Executive to join our team and help us continue our fast-paced growth. If you are ready to do the work to take your career to the next level, we are ready to invest heavily in developing your skills as a salesperson, persuader, and business executive. Outside Account Executive - A Typical Week * 75% of your time out in the field, face to face with prospects: prospecting, qualifying, meeting, and closing on new business. * 15% of your time will be spent on continuous improvement training in sales, communication, and persuasion techniques utilized by the top 1% of salespeople and influencers. * 10% of your time will be spent on typical planning activities, CRM updates, and post-sale paperwork. Outside Account Executive - Compensation Plan * Base Salary * Gas & Car allowance * Weekly Bonuses * OTE for the first 12 months is $55,000. OTE for the second year is $95,000. Top performers will exceed OTE. Outside Account Executive - Benefits * Personal Sales & Performance coach paid by the company (weekly session) * PTO - increases each year * 50% of the health insurance premium paid by the company * Minimal time in office Qualifications: * Driven individual * Career-minded & Detail-oriented * "Hunter" salesperson * A team player who is successful in fast-paced prospecting and closing environments * Fluent in English & Spanish (written & verbal) Requirements: * 1 year of Prospecting Experience * 2 years of Sales Experience * Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree * Bilingual: English/Spanish HIGHLY PREFERRED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * What do you love about working in sales? * What gives you an edge over other salespeople?
