• No sales experience needed - we'll train the right person!
• Solar experience preferred but not required

• Bilingual (a plus) DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from pre-qualified leads to explain solar services and schedule appointments
• Set and confirm appointments for sales consultations, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team
• Properly utilize the company CRM
• Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting targets
• Handle objections professionally and comply with company communication guidelines SCHEDULE:
• 5 day work week
• 9am - 6pm
• Weekend availability (as needed) COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
• W2 + commission position
