Advanced Gas Engine Solutions is a trusted supplier in the Natural Gas industry, known for responsive customer service and fast turnaround times. We're looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative who can manage customer accounts while supporting operational functions such as Sales, Warehouse management, and purchasing.

Job Description

: This position blends inside sales with hands-on support of daily operations. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, quoting, order processing, and follow-ups, as well as coordinating shipping, managing inventory levels, and purchasing restock items. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and follow up on quotes in a timely, accurate manner
• Process sales orders and manage order flow
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock checks
• Purchase restock items as needed to maintain inventory levels
• Maintain sales, purchasing, and inventory records accurately
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

:

• Familiarity with purchasing and inventory management processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Industry knowledge is a plus but not required
