As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales-Focused Patient Coordinator to join us on our busiest days -- Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Position

Overview

: This is not your typical front desk job -- we're seeking someone who loves sales, understands aesthetics, and thrives in a high-energy, beauty-driven environment. You'll be the first and last impression for our patients, guiding them through their treatment options, answering questions, and converting consultations into booked services or packages. Pay Structure:

• $20/hour base pay OR 15% commission on sales made -- paid the higher of the two
• Uncapped earning potential for strong performers

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming, knowledgeable experience
• Conduct in-person and phone consultations to explain services, pricing, and packages
• Confidently sell treatments and skincare based on patient needs
• Follow up with leads and past patients to encourage return visits
• Maintain organized records and support day-to-day front desk operations
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experiences Ideal Candidate:
• Has strong sales experience -- preferably in a Medspa, luxury skincare, or aesthetics setting.
• Knows how to close a sale without being pushy -- you're persuasive, not salesy
• Understands the benefits of aesthetic treatments like facials, microneedling, and lasers.
• Comfortable working Friday-Sunday without exceptions
• Friendly, polished, professional, and great at building relationships
