Job Description: The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have a keen eye for design, and possess the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Job Type : * Full-time Schedule: * 40 Hour work week Compensation : * Salary (training period) $60,000-$65,000 Commissions Structure (6 months-1 year after starting) Post training compensation is not capped * Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Work Location: * Office Qualifications: * Prior industry related sales experience * Kitchen cabinet design experience or education * Working knowledge of 20/20 design software or AutoCAD * Creative and Confident * Sales driven * Strong communication skills * Professional positive attitude * Ability to work with various customers including homeowners, contractors and builders * Detail Oriented * Provide clean, accurate, and timely design and product specifications Experience: * Construction: 1 year (Preferred) * Sales: 2 years (Preferred) * Kitchen Design: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) * Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer (CKBD) (Preferred)
