Multifamily Sales Specialist (Seasonal) - Needed to Close Win-Win Sales The Sales Specialist is proactive with an innate ability to connect with people, and a quick-paced closer who always follows through. We are a team with a high standard of excellence. The Sales Specialist delivers exceptional customer experiences while meeting occupancy goals for designated Sunrise Communities apartment homes. This position oversees the sales process starting from lead nurturing to lease signing. You will demonstrate deep knowledge of products and markets, effectively market properties and units, and engage leads through various channels. You will conduct virtual, in-person, and self-guided tours of apartments, handle application processing, and finalize leases for qualified applicants. POSITION OVERVIEW * Highlights: Company core values, we run on EOS, collaborative team, high performance work culture * Job Type: Multifamily Leasing, Sales * Work Hours: 20-25 hours per week (M-F, Sat) during May-September * Base Pay: $16-18 per hour + Commission * Benefits: Flexible schedule, Mileage reimbursement * Location: Royal Oak, Michigan REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. * 1-3 years' experience as a Leasing Specialist or sales equivalent. * Confident with tech tools (AppFolio, CRM, email/text automation) * Valid driver's license, insurance, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (MVR) * Authorized to work in the United States.
