In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, help them explore product options, and ensure they leave with a great impression. Responsibilities of a Brand Sales Associate include: * Interact with customers at retail events to create a welcoming atmosphere and build genuine connections * Recommend products and services that align with each customer's interests, preferences, and goals * Answer questions clearly, explain key features, and provide guidance to help customers make confident choices * Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback for follow-up * Stay up to date on current promotions, product offerings, and event details to ensure accurate communication * Collaborate with team members to drive sales, share insights, and improve the overall success of each event * Participate in training sessions and performance check-ins to support personal development and team growth * Assist with event setup, display arrangements, and end-of-day breakdown to ensure smooth operations Desire Skills & Qualifications of a Brand Sales Associate: * Strong people skills and a friendly, approachable personality * Excellent communication and presentation abilities * Comfortable in a fast-paced, event-based work environment * Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn * Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required * Interest in marketing, brand promotions, and event-based outreach * High school diploma or GED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $875.00 - $1,050.00 per week Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
