We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated store supervisor who will lead our team to success! Our manager should go above and beyond to represent Bopie's and who we are. Here are a few qualities we are looking for:

• Leadership Our Store Supervisor should be able to accomplish their daily responsibilities and ensure that we as a team reach our goals. Here are a few essential duties:
• Ensure the store is running efficiently and that each team member is performing in their specific roles.
• Keep up with special orders and repair jobs, establish good communication between us and the customer.
• Assisting other team members and customers with questions and conflict resolution.
• Train new employees, set expectations and provide feedback on performance.
• Be a role model for our team by offering exceptional customer service & displaying a sense of maturity.
• Take over sales when necessary in order to close.
• Bring new ideas and creative solutions to problems.
• Strive to meet store goals by pushing and uplifting our team to do their best!

Requirements

:

• Minimum 3 Years Management Experience
• Experience working in jewelry or other luxury service environment
• Sales Experience
• Strong business sense, communication and people skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
