The Role: * Timely resolve service issues by collaborating with colleagues, carriers, and vendors to ensure overall client satisfaction * Review carrier invoices, complete audits, and manage enrollments, terminations, and coverage changes to ensure accurate billing * Review plan documents for accuracy, compile demographic and plan information, audit data, calculate payroll deductions, and assist with the RFP process for annual renewals * Assist with updating technology platforms for benefits enrollments, fulfill supply requests for open enrollment, and prepare materials for client meetings * Understand compliance topics, prepare and review necessary documents, maintain organized records, and participate in industry trainings while supporting other Account Managers as needed The Company: * Join a team with over 75 years of combined experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing customized employee benefit packages. * Be part of a company that partners with clients to create tailored benefits solutions that control costs, retain key employees, and support corporate objectives. * Work with a dedicated team that is involved in every aspect of benefits management, from renewal negotiations to daily administration, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
