The Role: A Challenge for a Strategic Seller We are looking for a driven and strategic Inside Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth in an assigned territory. In this role, you won't just take orders--you'll be a vital part of our growth by: * Strategically prospecting and developing new accounts by marketing our innovative wound care solutions to clinics and physicians. * Managing the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to presenting our products and services and closing sales. * Building and nurturing relationships with existing accounts to increase volume and maximize partnerships. * Collaborating with our team to assist in the documentation needed for reimbursement and authorization. * Exceeding monthly sales quotas with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Requirements: * High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred * 2-3 years sales and territory management experience * Experience in cold calling * Demonstrate a consistently positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous, and professional approach in performing all assigned tasks * Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new programs * Effective interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Strong organizational skills * Self-motivation and ability to work without close supervision
