Overview

: An Inside Sales Specialist , working directly with business owners in the commercial trucking industry and directly impacting the revenue of the organization. If you're an outgoing, sales-oriented individual that enjoys the chase, keep reading!

Responsibilities

:

• Move prospective customers through the sales funnel by working inbound leads and performing outbound outreach, utilizing HubSpot to track your work product and best manage time and process.
• This position requires a knack for identifying prospects and developing rapport via phone/text/email conversations to maximize closing rate.
• Sales works closely with the underwriting department to provide complete and correct information and to gather additional info when requested.
• Have a genuine interest and curiosity in a prospect's situation and ask great questions and react to new information quickly.
• Execute consistent follow-up and relationship building with prospective customers not yet ready to make a decision/move.
• Expanding one's knowledge of the trucking industry and recognizing the importance of insurance to owners/drivers.
• Educate, explain, and compare insurance coverage over the phone/email/text in simple terms.
• Understanding different lines of coverages offered (physical damage, cargo, liability.

Qualifications

:

• Obsessive about urgency and customer service.
• Self-starter that thrives on goals and new challenges.
• Workable knowledge of insurance.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Extremely well-organized and able to prioritize in a high interruption environment.
