Job Summary We are a luxury martial arts and fitness school. We are seeking an outgoing, friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In addition to reception, this role will involve sales to prospective members. This role requires strong client service, flexible thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities * Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. * Make clients feel welcome and valued * Maintain standards for the public areas and * Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel. * Schedule appointments as needed. * Maintain accurate files for both physical and digital documents. * Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and clerical duties. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Requirements * Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. * Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. * Proven track record of sales * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail. * Preferred but not required: experience in the fitness industry or luxury marketplace Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.13 - $23.46 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Schedule: * 4 hour shift * Evening shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
