We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing inbound inquiries, and guiding prospects through the complete sales process. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to build relationships with potential customers and communicate the value of our solutions. Responsibilities: * Make 50-80 outbound calls per day to generate qualified meetings through marketing leads, self-sourced prospects, and strategic call lists * Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email to engage potential customers * Manage leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle--from first contact to closed deals * Build a deep understanding of the company's offerings, target market, and competitive positioning * Accurately track all sales activity, customer interactions, and deal progression within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform * Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients * Support broader team initiatives and contribute to achieving sales goals Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience * Experience in an inside sales, lead generation, or outbound sales role * Background in SaaS sales, SMB markets, or the health and wellness industries is a plus * A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with strong organizational skills * Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence decision-makers * A genuine passion for solving customer problems and providing value * Positive, resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections gracefully * Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, auto dialers, and live chat platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,335.00 - $52,897.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Bozeman, MT 59718 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Bozeman, MT 59718: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
