Full description of the position
Bull Engineered Products is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative Level 1 to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and order processing for our plastic manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset. This role provides opportunities for career growth within the sales department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Engagement & Sales Support
- Process quotes/orders, and follow up to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Schedule meetings and product presentations for Inside Sales Rep Level 2 and Outside Sales Reps.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and referrals. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Inside Sales Rep Level 2 and Outside Sales Reps to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
- Coordinate with program manager to prepare quotes.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field (manufacturing industry experience is a plus). Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with a strong background in Excel.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or technical sales (preferred but not required). COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
