If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Sales Representative and a potential future team lead based out of our Jersey City office. Position Overview: As a future Field Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable energy solutions by leading a team of dedicated sales professionals in subscribing residential and small business customers. Services we offer are all energy related that provide options to save money and reduce customers' carbon footprints., including: our energy broker program, community solar offerings, and rooftop solar consultations. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Promote the benefits of our energy programs and educate potential customers about the advantages of our offers. You will do this by spending approximately 35 hours a week in the field. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, track individual and team performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure consistent growth in customer subscriptions. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to your sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement abilities. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives. You'll provide coaching, mentorship, and motivation to help your team achieve sales targets and maximize their potential. Qualifications: * High school diploma. * Minimum 2 years, outside sales experience. * Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of the solar energy industry and community solar programs is a plus. * Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
