Salary: $55000.00 - $65000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities * Responsibilities * Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, billing, payments, and coverage recommendations. * Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions. * Cross-sell products and services to existing customers. * Support the sales team by making outbound calls to offer additional services and schedule appointments. * Follow up on client claims. * Manage multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Build long-term client relationships by identifying coverage gaps and offering tailored solutions.
