Remote - CO/UT/ID Must have a valid driver's license for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory. * Your role in our future* We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in an assigned territory within the multi-family industry. You will lead account strategies, refine sales approaches, build executive relationships, and sell high-value solutions to accelerate growth. * Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas * Expand C-level executive relationships in the territory * Build trust-based relationships with internal teams * Proactively address growth inhibitors in the territory * Maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects * Build, manage, and forecast a sales pipeline * Generate leads and manage existing accounts * Utilize consultative selling techniques, including discovery and solution selling * Travel within the region up to 25% of the time for client visits and trade shows * Your profile * 3+ years in commissioned outside B2B sales, exceeding quotas * Remote work experience with autonomy and creativity * Proven ability to close complex sales cycles * Experience building relationships with decision-makers * Motivated self-starter with a track record of revenue generation * Salesforce CRM experience preferred * Property management experience a plus Knowledge gaps can be filled.
