Our experienced Plastic Surgery /Aesthetics clinic is looking for treatment Sales Consultants to join a growing team as a liaison between the office and prospective patients. They will provide patients with information about the doctors, company, products, and surgical and non-surgical procedures. They are responsible for consulting with surgical and non-surgical patients and providing education on procedures and treatment plans. Assists with financing, transportation, post-surgical recovery options, and various special needs that may arise. * Work closely with the doctors and other providers involved in all aspects of the patient's experience. * Manage all patient payments and financing. * Provide scheduling for the patient. * Represent the organization with a positive and professional image in all levels of operation, internal and public. * Act as a liaison between patient and surgeon. * Responsible for selling products and services to our patients when they are visiting our practice and/or during their consultations (in-person or phone) * Following up with previous patients to renew their interest. * Counsels new and prospective cosmetic patients on booking procedures in person and via phone, e-mail, and mail follow-up communication * Books cosmetic surgeries and works with surgical coordination team to ensure smooth scheduling * Oversees booking of treatments and procedures. * Works with the scheduling team to ensure the doctor's schedule is optimized for efficiency * Gaining knowledge on health requirements for surgery. This is a FULL-TIME Job. Pay: Hourly plus commission. Training is paid hourly.
