We are looking to add an Inside Sales Representatives to our team. This role will manage accounts, including new and existing customers, promote products and services, identify and resolve customer concerns and develop new and lateral contacts with current customer base. This role performs both in-bound and out-bound customer calls. The ideal candidate will have experience establishing and managing accounts and developing relationships with existing customers. Job description: * Setup and Maintenance of Customer Accounts; including processing orders and account management activities in CRM software * Sales order entry * Develop new customer contacts with current accounts * Promote VWP products and services; including Teams call for introductions * Solicit Purchase Orders and promote product upgrades to current customers * Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through contact activity * Learn the general concepts of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Visual Management * Build positive customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers * Reduce customer returns through increased development and relationship management * Must maintain thorough understanding of VWP's product offering * Manage customer projects from design through production Requirements: * Project Management skiills a must * Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel * Previous experience with CRM a plus * Dynamic personality * Extraordinary project management skills * Excellent written, verbal, telephone and presentation skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Minimum of two(2) years B2B sales experience Visual Workplace, a family-owned business for 27 years, supports our employees by providing a rewarding career with a respectful culture in a team-based environment for an exceptional work life balance.
