Looking to make a difference and have fun while doing it? Watermelon Swim is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help families sign up for life-saving swim lessons. No cold calls --just warm leads and a chance to build real connections! Here 's what you'll do: * Connect with Families - Connect with potential clients and nurture warm leads through phone calls and email. * Close Deals - Follow up on leads and use your exceptional sales and communication skills to enroll families in life-saving swim lessons. NO COLD CALLING. * Provide Top-Notch Service - Assist prospective clients with information, scheduling, questions or concerns. * Be Part of a Team - Work with a fun, supportive, and positive team to achieve goals and celebrate success.
