Looking to make a difference and have fun while doing it? Watermelon Swim is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help families sign up for life-saving swim lessons. No cold calls --just warm leads and a chance to build real connections! Here 's what you'll do:

• Connect with Families - Connect with potential clients and nurture warm leads through phone calls and email.
• Close Deals - Follow up on leads and use your exceptional sales and communication skills to enroll families in life-saving swim lessons. NO COLD CALLING.
• Provide Top-Notch Service - Assist prospective clients with information, scheduling, questions or concerns.
• Be Part of a Team - Work with a fun, supportive, and positive team to achieve goals and celebrate success. What We 're Looking For:
• Previous sales experience
• Comfortable with multi-line phones and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word)
• Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18+ What We Offer:
• $18.50/hr + monthly incentives
• Full-time hours
• Set hours: Weekday shifts (morning/evening) + one (1) Saturday or Sunday morning shift
