Overview We are seeking a motivated car sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through your expertise in automotive sales and product knowledge. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations for vehicles. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers. * Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate information is available for customers. * Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies. * Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience. * Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain up-to-date records. * Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. * Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust. * Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory control and documentation efficiently. * Familiarity with sales management software is a plus; proficiency in technology is essential. * Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
