Location Sacramento County If interested in this position please text 209-[please apply online] Immediate hiring Administrative Sales Office Manager (Social Services) Starting Salary 68, 640.00 Plus Monthly Bonuses Under the supervision of the President of Operations, this person supervises site management and performs the full scope of responsibilities related to the supervision, maintenance and program delivery of facilities, employee's and clients. Working closely with the Site Case Manager, develop goals and plans for clients. Oversee the growth and performance of Case Managers. Ensure observance of all company policies and procedures related to personnel and clients. Ensure timely, effective and appropriate communication with President of Operations guaranteeing program, client and personal objectives are being met. Ensure documentation and proper reporting to appropriate authorities is timely and accurate. Conduct management coaching and training. Understand and ensure facilitation of all ISP objectives. Oversee implementation of educational programs and exercises to clients. Ensure detailed reporting per company guidelines is timely. Ensure a positive and educational environment to clients is provided. DESIRED REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, working with individuals with developmental disabilities a plus. Demonstrated ability to think clearly and communicate to leaders. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to pass a Behavior Management Test. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. Strong interpersonal skills. Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. REQUIREMENTS A valid California Drivers License is required. Current CPR/First Aid certificate (can be acquired after hire). Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ level clearance through CCL. Pass physical with negative TB test.
